Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
